Family is a source of peace.

Updated: Jul 17, 2020

"Having somewhere to go is home. Having someone to love is family. And having both is a blessing."

We all heard that saying before, tonight as I'm doing a little research before I started typing out my blog post on family that I had prepared weeks ago, yet planned on posting this weekend only to get my viewers some time to read my older content before posting new ones. I came across this saying " A Family is but an earlier heaven." That statement goes so well with my idea of family that I had to include it in this post.

I started putting a little peace sign next to my family members names in my contact list, because to me family mean peace. I can actually write a full book about my amazing family and how much family mean to me, but I will leave that for my e-book (Coming soon it's still a work in progress, one of my many goals) Spoiler alert.... In the book I will write about how to connect with your family on a deeper level, how to forgive your family members who hurt you in any way, how to accept your family members, how to heal childhood trauma if you experienced any & how to be grateful for your family. For now I'll keep this post simple and basic by saying family is a gift from God, no matter what circumstances you endure in this physical world, your family is your soul tribe by birth, your family is your soul mates, deep down you all share similar beliefs, roots and most importantly blood.

I know it may not always look that way or feel that way, but it is. You know that saying "You can choose your friends, but you can't choose your family"? That saying holds so much truth, because you and your family are cut from the same cloth. You share a deeper bond, you share a soul bond, you are soul bound.

I'm forever grateful for my amazing family if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be who I am today. That goes for both sides of my family, because my mother and father have two families who are total opposites, they have different ways of being a family and they don't have the same believes, but both sides helped shape me into the woman I am today. My soul tribe will be connected to me forever, beyond death, beyond space and time, until forever, because my family is my Alpha and Omega. Those I'm disconnected or separated from in life, due to distance, I know the bond is strong enough to withstand the difficulty and challenges, so distance isn't even able to destroy it.

Leaving with you my grandfather/Spiritual Teacher's favourite Bible verse "1 Corinthians 13 - Love".
